R&D/Mechanical Engineer, Rani Theraputics/Incube Labs,
San Jose, CA. 2018-Present

Designed, prototyped, and tested the Rani robotic pill and fixtures for its manufacturing and testing. Involved in initial design in CAD, DFM including mold design and process development, assembly of the product and qualification testing. Designed, built and qualified an aseptic manufacturing line from the ground up to ensure sterility in 4 months while managing my other responsibilities. Provisional patent submitted for a machine I designed and built for the manufacture of microtablets. Hired as a Jr. Engineer, promoted within a year.

Research and development position moving towards DFM and eventual mass manufacturing focusing on fast prototyping and testing for a personal tech product in the aquaculture space. Patent(s): US10150680B1 Hired as an Intern before being brought on to full time position.
